Special Operations preparation help? I am interested going into Air Force Special Operations as an STO (CCT). I am well-aware of the training pipeline and requirements necessary. I need to know how to prepare for such a physical, mental, and emotional challenge. I am a very athletic person and I usually max my Air Force PFTs but I would like some suggestions on how to get to that top physical level of a special operator. How do I reach that level? What exercises should I do? Any help is appreciated! I am currently in college at a large public university majoring in International Affairs and Germanic and Slavic languages.

(i know basic infantrymen dont keep their gear, but what about spec ops?)
